Laforza Automobiles, Inc. to Be Featured At 1998 `Concours Italiano'

    SAN DIEGO, Aug. 5 -- Laforza Automobiles, Inc.
(OTC Bulletin Board: LFZA) announced today that they will be featuring two
1998 Laforza Sport Utility vehicles at this years Concours.
    The Concours Italiano is scheduled on August 14, 15, and 16th.  The event
takes place at the Quail Lodge Resort in Carmel, CA.  The event itself is a
celebration of Italian style centered around 450 Italian exotic and classic
automobiles and motorcycles.  The Concours is attended by well known Italian
automotive authorities as well as automotive enthusiasts from around the
world.  President and CEO Dave Hops stated "we are very excited to be showing
our 1998 SUV at the premier showplace for Italian made vehicles."
