ATC Distribution Group to Sell MiraChem Environmentally Compliant Products

    RANCHO CUCAMONGA, Calif., Aug. 4 -- The ATC Distribution
Group today announced that it will begin distributing MiraChem(R)
environmentally friendly cleaners, degreasers and parts washers.
    According to Innovative Environmental Products, Inc., the Tempe,
Arizona-based manufacturer of MiraChem(R) products (http://www.mirachem.com),
MiraChem(R) products have been certified as "clean air solvents" by the South
Coast Air Quality Management District (http://www.aqmd.gov) and will comply with
SCAQMD regulations going into effect at the end of 1998.  The regulations
require businesses in Southern California to change to non-hazardous cleaning
solvents.  MiraChem(R) products are water-based, non-toxic, non-flammable,
non-corrosive and have a mild pH.
    In addition to MiraChem(R) cleaners and degreasers, the ATC Distribution
Group will also offer selected MiraChem(R) parts washing machines.

is a product that is both an effective cleaner and environmentally friendly,"
