    TITUSVILLE, Fla., July 17 -- Smart Choice Automotive Group,
Inc. announced today that it has filed a Registration
Statement on Form S-1 for a public offering of 5 million shares of Common
Stock, $.01 par value ("Common Stock").  The Offering is being managed by
Stephens Inc., Cruttenden Roth Incorporated and Southeast Research Partners,

    All of the 5,000,000 Common Stock shares are being sold by the Company.
In addition, the Company has granted the proposed underwriters an option to

    The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the Offering to repay
outstanding indebtedness and expand operations.
