Fleetwood Declares Regular Dividend

    RIVERSIDE, Calif., March 10 -- The directors of Fleetwood
Enterprises, Inc. have declared the Company's regular quarterly
cash dividend of 17 cents per share of Common stock, payable May 13, 1998 to
shareholders of record April 3, 1998.
    Fleetwood is a leading producer of manufactured housing and recreational
vehicles, with manufacturing operations throughout the U.S. and in Canada.
