Media Advisory - CAW Auto Tariff Campaign Moves into Gear Across OntarioTORONTO, Jan. 19 /CNW-PRN/ - The Canadian Auto Workers' union launched today in Toronto, a major campaign to ensure the preservation of what is left of the auto pact and to protect and create jobs in the auto industry in Canada. As part of the campaign a series of automotive manufacturing and parts leadership meetings are scheduled in Ontario this week. CAW president Buzz Hargrove is scheduled to speak at each meeting. The next meeting with CAW leadership from Windsor, Chatham and Tilbury will be held on Tuesday, January 20 at 9:30am at the CAW Local 200/444 Hall, 1855 Turner Road, Windsor, ON, N8W 3K2.
