First Stop in Representation for Motorsports Championship Drivers, Sponsors
                                  and Teams

LOS ANGELES, Calif. Oct. 13 -- When Cary J. C. Agajanian
spent several long afternoons almost eighteen months ago successfully selling
IndyCar team owner, John Menard, on the wisdom of hiring Agajanian client,
Tony Stewart, it proved again to be the right advice as Stewart, the 26 year-
old Rushville, Indiana native, won the 1997 Indy Racing League Championship on
Saturday night in Las Vegas.
When Stewart was awarded the prestigious championship trophy on October
11th, it marked the fourth racing champion now represented by Motorsports
Management International, L.L.C., the management company formed by Agajanian
and his partner, sports and entertainment manager, Gerry Tolman.
In addition to Triple Crown champion and NASCAR competitor, Stewart, the
firm also represents CART champion, Jimmy Vasser, Trans-Am champion, Tommy
Kendall, World of Outlaw and USAC champion, Dave Blaney, as well as the recent
winner of the Winston Cup Pepsi 400, John Andretti, among others.
Long recognized by motor sports insiders as a consummate professional and
savvy dealmaker, Agajanian, the attorney son of the late Indy Racing legend,
J.C. Agajanian, is not only highly regarded for his expertise in spotting
racing talent early, but also for his keen ability to steer his clients clear
of the morass of legal, financial and political logjams inherent in every
young champion's career. Agajanian was key in providing the legal horsepower
necessary for developing the architecture early on in NASCAR driver, Jeff
Gordon's career.
An expert trial lawyer in insurance and motorsports related litigation and
former Deputy City Attorney for the City of Los Angeles, Agajanian, along with
partner, Tolman, spend countless hours on airplanes and at racetracks
internationally, discovering new talent and seeking out lucrative global
opportunities for their clients. Additionally, Agajanian had simultaneously
served as an advisor to the United States Auto Club, the American Motorcycle
Association, the Indy Racing League, the World of Outlaws Series and has been
recognized by RACER magazine as one of the most influential people in racing.
Motorsports Management International's expansive reach and foothold within
the industry provides for a wealth of experience and information, continually
proving to be an invaluable asset for talented drivers, sponsors and teams
interested in taking the demanding road to a motorsports championship.
