MIS International Inc. Announces New Vice-President

    MISSISSAUGA, Ontario, Sept. 22 -- MIS International Inc.
(OTC: MISM) announced today that Bill Stafford one of the automotive
industries top executives has joined its Wheel to Wheel division as Vice
President Operations.
    Most recently President of Automotive Concepts a successful automotive
consulting company.  Mr. Stafford has held high profile positions in the
automotive industry.  Previously he was responsible for the training of more
than 420 dealers and franchisees for a national retail automotive and service
company.  He has also held a senior marketing position as Vice President with
an industry leading automotive equipment supplier.
    According to Dan Masters, MIS CEO and President, "I was so impressed with
the quality of work that Bill had done for us in a consulting role that I knew
his joining the company would be good for both our franchisees and
shareholders.  His automotive knowledge and methods of deriving profits at
store level are incredible."
    Wheel to Wheel is a dynamic retailer of fully computerized automotive
service centers which promote the use of recycled and rebuilt repair parts.
Customers may choose from new parts on repairs or use recycled parts with up
to one year national warranty.
    Commenting on recent developments, Masters noted, "We are extremely
pleased with the numerous advancements we have made in the past few months
toward building MIS into a leading player in the multi-franchising industry.
We are looking at a major acquisition in the automotive industry and Bill's

Twister which serves fresh baked Pretzels in major malls and Wheel to Wheel.
