    WHAT: Camp Jeep(TM)
Thousands of Jeep(R) owners, their families and friends use their vehicles
as passports to the great outdoors for three action-packed days of fun and
adventure in the Colorado Rockies. Designed with the true outdoor
enthusiast in mind, Camp Jeep focuses on education, entertainment and the
environment. The weekend event gives participants the opportunity to
learn more about the off-highway capabilities of their vehicles in a safe
and environmentally responsible manner and enjoy a variety of outdoor
    activities.

    Highlights:
    * Instructional Jeep 101 courses and more than 300 miles of four-wheel
drive trails with varying degrees of difficulty
    * Outdoor musical concerts featuring well-known acts, including Rosanne
Cash, South By Southwest and Tom Chapin and Friends
    * One-on-one roundtable discussions with Jeep product engineers and
       executives
    * Clinics and demonstrations on outdoor survival, fly-fishing, mountain
biking, archery, all-terrain mountain boarding and more
    * Family Activity Center where participants of all ages can enjoy arts
and crafts, nature scavenger hunts, storytelling of the West and even a
       mini-Jeep 101 course for children

Located 25 miles southeast of Vail, just off Highway 24. Take Highway 24
Southeast through the town of Minturn and continue approximately 16 miles
to Camp Hale/Camp Jeep entrance (see attached map). Camp Hale is the
former WWII training ground of the U.S. Army 10th Mountain Division.

    KEY FACTS:
    * Now in its third year, more than 6,000 people representing 45 states
have gathered for this unique vacation get-away. In fact, 70 percent
of all participants agree that Camp Jeep makes a terrific family
       vacation.
    * As part of a larger reclamation project intended to leave Camp Hale in
the same or better condition than it was prior to Camp Jeep,
participants are invited to contribute to the preservation of nature by
planting a tree in the area.
    * Camp Jeep is just one of the ways Jeep reaches out to its customers
after the purchase of their vehicles. Other Jeep owner programs
include Jeep Jamborees and the recently introduced Jeep 101.
    * Registration is unchanged from previous years at $195 per vehicle. For
