Image Guided Technologies, Inc. Signs OEM Agreement With Brewco 360 Degree Collision Repair Systems

BOULDER, Colo., July 9 -- Image Guided Technologies, Inc.,
today announced a three-year OEM agreement with Nu-Tech, Inc.
(doing business as Brewco 360 Degree Collision Repair Systems) of Central
City, Kentucky. The agreement requires a minimum purchase of units per year
by Brewco to maintain its present pricing of the Pixsys(TM) system and
accessories utilized in the company's Wolf(TM) electronic measurement system.
Brewco, a manufacturer of vehicle frame straightening equipment for
collision repairs with over 3,500 units installed worldwide, has incorporated
IGT's Pixsys 3D Digitizer as the measurement component in the Wolf electronic
measurement system. This system is intended to satisfy the auto insurance
industry's requirement for effective evaluation of collision damage and proof
of frame straightening following an auto accident, and provides an entry for
IGT into an exciting new market segment.
In making the announcement, Image Guided Technologies Chairman and CEO
Paul Ray said, "We have worked very closely with Brewco in developing a
localizer system to meet their needs. The trend in the auto insurance
industry is to verify the extent of damage and subsequent repairs made to
vehicles, and the Brewco system addresses this requirement. IGT is very
pleased to be a part of this exciting new market."
Image Guided Technologies designs, develops, manufactures and markets
products for real-time, precise, free-hand, localization of points in 3D

localizer is used in a number of industrial applications to measure the
position or shape of objects in 3D space, such as parts inspection and motion
tracking.
