Vector Announces New Investment for Continuing M12 Development and Production

Vector Aeromotive Shifts Gears To Become A Major Player In Multi-Billion Dollar Luxury Lifestyle Products Industry

    JACKSONVILLE, Fla., Feb. 5 -- Vector Aeromotive Corporation,
(OTC Bulletin Board: VCAR) announced today that the proposed investment by
Tradelink International LTD. to acquire controlling interest will allow the
company to continue development and manufacturing of its exotic sports car,
the M-12.
    Vector president, D. Peter Rose said, "We are pleased that our Tradelink
connection will allow us to not only renew production of the M-12, but expand
the Vector nameplate and recognition in other areas of the luxury lifestyle
products industry."
    With Tradelink's guidance and through acquisition it is believed Vector's
sports car manufacturing will become a major part of a much larger
organization in the multi-billion dollar luxury lifestyle industry.
