TALLADEGA, AL: Mother nature won the pole at Talladega
Super Speedway Thursday. Rain caused the postponement of qualifying for
the Touchstone Energy 300 Busch Grand National race.
NASCAR officials stated qualifying for the 43 car field will be conducted in one session. The quick round of speed runs will start at 9:00 a.m. on Friday. The race will be held on Saturday as originally planned.
First round NASCAR Winston Cup qualifying will be held Friday afternoon. The Cup race will be held Sunday.
