TMS Speedway Club - 2nd Largest Health Club in Dallas

17 February 1999

FORT WORTH-DALLAS -- Working up a sweat or relaxing with a soothing
massage – members of The Speedway Club will have a variety of ways to get
fit and be pampered in the second largest health club and spa in the Fort
Worth-Dallas area.

The 16,000 square-foot state-of-the-art health club, located on the first
two levels of The Speedway Club, offers the latest Cybex weight training
equipment including free weights, circuit training machines and a variety of
cardiovascular machines such as treadmills and recumbent bicycles. The
1600-square-foot aerobics room will be the place for a lively work out with
the most current exercise routines. Members can work out on their own or
with the help of a staff personal trainer.

There are plenty of ways to be pampered as well. The Speedway Club will
offer full body massages, tanning booths, manicures and pedicures, facials,
whirlpools and steam rooms.

Healthy snacks and drinks will be provided in the luxurious men’s and women’
s lounge areas, where members can kick back on ergonomically designed chaise
lounge chairs and couches.

The dressing areas will shine with rich cherry wood lockers and expansive
mirrored and lighted vanity areas with custom-made leather seating. The
dressing areas will also provide access to the ample shower and changing
rooms.

A special nursery -- complete with racing theme -- will keep the little ones
happy while mom and dad are busy in the club.

"We want members to look forward to coming to work-out," said The Speedway
Club general manager Bernard van Mourik. "Not just for the health benefits
but for the first class atmosphere as well."
