IROC XXIII at Daytona: Starting Lineup

Starting lineup for the first round of the International Race of Champions XXIII was set this morning at Daytona International Speedway by lottery. The twelve participating drivers drew lots to determine not only starting position but paintjobs. Aside from the colors, there will be no differences among the racecars when the drivers fire them up for the start of the race on Friday, February 12.

Labonte will take the place of Al Unser, Jr. in Friday's race. Unser will miss the race do to a family emergency.
