Dan Pardus to Run for Coldwell Banker / Major League Realty

4 February 1998

Jim and Judie Gardner, owners of Jim and Judie Motorsports, are proud to announce that the #42 Pontiac Grand Prix driven by Dan Pardus in the February 8, 1998, running of the ARCA 200 BONDO/MAR-HYDE SERIES race will be sponsored by Coldwell Banker/Major League Realty.

Pardus, of Daytona Beach, Florida, crew chief Rick Wilson, and the Team Daytona crew are excited to be running under the Coldwell Banker/Major League Realty banner. The team finished ninth after a 21st place start in the 1997 race, and after a very successful test this winter they feel that they can better the effort this year. The team worked hard this winter and it really paid off when we tested, said Pardus. We unloaded fast and ended up running the fasted time of the session. Were really looking forward to the race.

Coldwell Banker/Major League Realty is a full service realtor and broker located in the greater Daytona Beach area. Associate sponsors on the car will be MidWest Transit, Darrell Logemann Ranching, Daytona Racing Souvenirs, Lincoln Electric, Motive Gear, Coastal Auctions, and Tommy Gale Trailers. This group of financial backers gives us an opportunity to perform well in the race. We really appreciate their contributions to our effort this year, Gardner said.
