Week Long Live Video Webcast
from the World's Largest Automotive Trade Show

For Immediate Release

LOUISVILLE, KY., & SACRAMENTO, CA., SEPTEMBER 16, 1997 - For the
second year in a row, The Auto Channel and Aftermarket Business
Magazine will join forces to present complete live coverage of the
Automotive Aftermarket Industry Week tradeshow in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Internet users around the world will be able to watch and listen to
hourly news reports, interviews and new product demonstrations direct
from the exhibition floor at the Sands Convention Center.

AAIW combines the Specialty Equipment Manufacturers Association
tradeshow and the Automotive Parts and Accessories Association
tradeshow into one giant exposition. Thousands of exhibitors and
upwards of 100,000 buyers from around the world will literally pack
every nook and cranny of available display space throughout the city.
Adding to the frenzy this year will be the inclusion of the National
Tire Dealers & Retreaders Association, who has agreed to hold their
annual tradeshow in conjunction with the SEMA and APAA event.

The four day exposition begins Tuesday, November 4th, and ends Friday,
November 7th. The Auto Channel's live video coverage will emanate
from Aftermarket Business Magazine's exhibit area, located at the
Sands Convention Center. The cybercast presentations will be staged
on the hour starting at 10 am PT. The daily schedule includes six
additional live reports at 11 am, 12 noon, 1pm, 2 pm, 3 pm, and 4 pm.

Based upon the success of last year's AAIW coverage, Aftermarket
Business Magazine has agreed to increase the size of their display
space to accommodate more interview guests and a larger on-location
audience. Interviews and product demonstrations are currently being
scheduled. Individuals or companies interested in appearing on one of
the webcasts should contact Bill Maloney, Executive Producer of The
Auto Channel's Los Angeles Bureau, at 714-756-8505 or via email at
