Polish Fiat Raises Prices

Reuters reports that The Polish unit of Italy's Fiat Spa will increase the prices on five models it makes. The average price hike, which goes into effect on January 2, will amount to 2.5 percent. Fiat says the price hikes are necessary to offset inflation and that they will affect the Cinquecento, the Uno, the Punto, the Bravo, and the Brava. Fiat led the Polish automotive market with sales of 145,700 units between January-November.
