Brake Headquarters Acquires NY Brake Pad Manufacturer

LONG ISLAND CITY, N.Y., Nov. 27 -- Brake Headquarters
U.S.A., INC. , Long Island City, N.Y., a national
distributor of brake products to retailers, and installers, announces
the acquisition of a brake pad manufacturing facility in the New York
area. The brake pad facility will give BHQ a quality product at
competitive prices. The manufacturing facility will focus on a wide
range of domestic brake pads for the aftermarket for cars and light
trucks. The pads will be available in the latest formulation of
organic and semi metallic materials.

The Company, through its wholly owned subsidiary, Sanyo Automotive
Parts, Ltd. has been engaged in business as a wholesaler of undercar
parts since 1976.  Sanyo imports, assembles and distributes, undercar
parts to the automotive aftermarket industry.
