Nissan Has Plans for Retro Z Cars.

Lately you have probably noticed the Nissan "dream museum" TV commercials which feature a variety of Datsun/Nissan Z sports cars. There's a method in Nissan's marketing madness, as the Japanese auto maker is planning to test market restored Z cars at select Nissan dealerships. If the public digs the cars, they will set up special Z-stores in prime locations to sell 300ZXs with heritage Z car badging and mint-restored 240Zs from the glory days of the '80s.
