Ford Recalls Taurus and Lincoln Continental in Japan

Kyodo has reported that Ford Motor Co. Japan Ltd. applied to Japan's Transport Ministry to recall and repair 5,756 Taurus, Taurus SHO, and Lincoln Continental cars that it imported between October 1995 and August 1996. Ford suspects that some of the cars have a defect in the gearshift connection.
