Infiniti Announces September Sales

Infiniti September Sales Rise 29.3 Percent -- The New Q45 Debuts with
Blockbuster Sales --

CARSON, Calif., Oct. 1 -- Infiniti, the luxury car
division of Nissan Motor Corporation U.S.A., today announced total
September vehicle sales of 6,492 units, a 29.3 percent increase over
the same period last year.

September marked a triumphant debut for the new Q45. Infiniti's
flagship luxury performance sedan sold 1,063 units, a 191 percent
increase over last September. The I30 luxury sedan continued to lead
the Division with 2,450 units sold. Following the I30 in sales was the
G20 luxury sports sedan, which posted 1,732 units, a 44.8 percent
increase over the same period last year. Additionally, the J30
personal luxury sedan boasted an 87.2 percent increase over last year,
turning in 1,247 units for the month of September. 

Total Nissan Motor Corporation U.S.A. sales for September, including
Nissan and Infiniti Divisions, were 83,765 units, up 11.3 percent over
last year.
