Results for J.D. Power Car and Light Truck Customer Satisfaction Study

The results of J.D. Power's Customer Satisfaction Study for Spring, 1996 are out for both light trucks and passenger cars. The study surveys car and truck owners on their first year ownership experience and is based on the responses of more than 32,000 consumers. The study is funded solely by J.D. Power and Associates and has presented an independent perspective on the automotive industry since 1981.
The results below show tables of all the car and light truck brands that scored above the industry averages for satisfying customers, followed by a list of brands with unsatisfied customers.
