General Motors Sales Dip While Honda Gains

GM's auto sales for June dipped 1% from the same period 1995 while Chrysler reported their sales rose 1%. Honda reported a gain if 7% due mainly to strong demand for its Passport sport-utility vehicle and Odyssey minivan. Sales of similar models by Isuzu gave that Japanese auto maker a 19% increase while Nissan said its June sales were down 7% however it's light trucks enjoyed a 13% increase.
