Danny Sullivan Too Busy To Participate In Touring Cars Series

One of the main publicity perks going for the brand new North American Super Touring Car Championship series was the participation of "Spin and Win", Danny Sullivan, an Indy 500 champion. Danny boy was to drive the Dodge factory prepared PacWest Stratus with David Donohue or Dominic Dobson. The newly married Sullivan, however, just got too busy to attend/drive. He's driving at LeMans this weekend and is co-announcing all the televised CART/Indy Car races. The affable, ex-Miami Vice actor/floppo says he's keeping the door open, however, and hopes to get in the series "someday."
