Strategic Vision, a San Diego, Calif automotive research firm recently conducted a study of 35,000 car owners to determine what the S.V. calls "the total quality experience" . . . how people feel about their atomobiles taking in dealer service, reliability. With a perfect score being 1000 points here's how it turned out.
