A.J. Foyt takes on CART...Again

Once again four-time Indy 500 winner A.J. Foyt has gone on his soap box to espouse his disdain for CART, Roger Penske, the racing establishment, Michael and Mario Andretti,et al. Even though the burly Texas ex-sprint car and Roadster driver has filed a $5 million suit against CART contending they...his ex-Indy Car/CART board member buddies , have pressured potential sponsors from going with Foyt's Indy Racing League team he still keeps trash talking the race sanctioning body that will be running THEIR 500 mile race at the Michigan International Speedway come Sunday, May 26. "The Andrettis are crybabies...Penske would be nothing if it wasn't for the Indy 500 and the CART drivers are being held hostage by team owners", A.J. says.

According to the irrascible Chevrolet dealer from Houston whose cars are Ford powered all the CART drivers would rather be at Indianapolis in two weeks than Brooklyn, Michigan.
