It seems Cadillac engineers and technicians have been working overtime to create breakthroughs in safety and customer service as they have announced a series of high tech innovations and options for 1997 models designed to enhance customer comfort and confidence.

A new communications and customer service system offered in '97s wherein the Cadillac driver in need of assistance can push a button onhis cellular phone and send a signal to the neares Cadillac service center for help.

Increases the effectiveness of anti-lock brakes by measuring the roughness of the road and adjusting brake operation accordingly
