IHRA Results: All-Pro Winter Nationals, Final Results

Motorsport News International published the final results (with notes) of the IHRA Snap-on Tools Drag Racing Series 24th Annual All-Pro Winter Nationals. The races were run at the Darlington International Dragway Park in Darlington, South Carolina. Here are the results:

Alcohol Funny Car Final
(W) Jim Lape      .473 5.946 238.60                         
    Jimmy Rector  .456 5.980 231.95                         
Close race. Lape dominates all day with a string of low     
5.90s and the record 5.88 in the opening round.

Pro Modified Final
    Scotty Cannon  .473 6.634 214.74                        
(W) Tommy Gray, Jr..424 6.588 207.42                        
Gray, in his beautiful 1938 Chevy Coupe, nicknamed, "The    
Undertaker" takes the victory   

Pro Stock Final
(W) Larry Nance .423  7.795 165.53                          
    John Nobile .480 12.261  63.24                          
In a truly unbelievable story, Pro Stock rookie and former  
NBA superstar for the Phoenix Suns and Cleveland Cavaliers, 
Larry Nance, takes the victory.                         

Top Fuel Final
(W) Jack Ostrander .529 5.909 156.87                        
    Jim Bailey     .480 7.533 105.65                        
Pontiac Jack Ostander defeats the St. Louis, Missouri based 
Frank Faifer team, tuned by Ronnie Swearingen
