Chrysler Chairman Complains that Corporate America Has been Demonized

Reuters reported that in a speech before the the Economic Club of Detroit Chrysler Chairman Robert Eaton complained that big business has been unfairly maligned--in fact, "Demonized"--by Pat Buchanan, other presidential candidates, and the media. He said that criticism of corporate America's focus on profits and the slashing of tens of thousands of workers is unwarranted as they are all a part of the price of "becoming more competitive".
