Pennzoil Becomes a Sponsor of the Indy 500

The Indy Racing League has announced that Pennzoil Products Company, maker of the nation's top selling motor oil for the last decade, has signed on with the IRL to become the official motor oil of the Indy 500 and the Indy Racing League.

The Speedway's motor oil sponsorship became available on March 15. That's when Pennzoil entered into a multi-year relationship that will give it a dominant year-round presence at the world's most famous race track.
