Walker Racing to Enter 2 Cars at U.S. 50003/08/96 The Associated Press reported that Walker Racing will enter cars driven by Robby Gordon and Scott Goodyear in the U.S. 500. The U.S. 500 will run on May 26, opposite the Indy 500 which also runs that day. The U.S. 500 was created this year when CART/IndyCar's and the newly formed Indy Racing League started feuding.
