LITTLE AL, SHELLY, SPLITSVILLE

Two-time Indy 500 winner and twice national driving champion, Al Unser, Jr. and his wife (number two) Shelly, have decided to call it quits. Married 14 years the pair cited conflict of personalities. Little Al, son of four-time 500 winner, Al Unser and nephew of three-time Indy champ Bobby Unser is in Homestead, FL preparing for this Sunday's Miami 500 CART/Indy car event,the first race on the 1996 Indy Car schedule. Shelly resides in Albuquerque, NM and they have three children.
