IRL Practice Speeds at Phoenix International Raceway

The Indy Racing League reported the practice speeds that drivers are clocking as they prepare for March 24th's Phoenix 200 at the Phoenix International Raceway. The Phoenix 200 is the second of three IRL series races this season: it follows the Indy 200 at WDW and precedes the Indy 500 (May 26th).
