Toyota's Auto Production Rises in January

The Associated Press reported that Toyota's domestic and international auto production rose dramatically in January, as compared to production for January 1995. Toyota claims that the rise in their domestic production--the first increase in 10 months--indicates renewed demand within Japan. New car registration in Japan rose 8.3% in January.
