French Grand Prix in Le Castellet for Next 5 Years?

Motorsports News International has reported that the French Motorsports Federation chose Le Castellet in southern France as site for the French Formula One Grand Prix. The choice will have to be approved by the FIA, but if approved, Le Castellet will host the Grand Prix in 1997 and for the following five years. Other possible choices were Mangy-Cours and Le Mans. Le Castellet received 75% of the FFSA Board members' votes.
