Volvo presents a total package deal with the C40 Twin Recharge Ultimate with a bundle of essential elements that covers all the bases for an electric vehicle. With a snazzy design and simplified enhanced tech that has quicker charging and a 226 mile range, the 2022 version looks to be very popular during these days of politically driven fuel prices.

Powered by twin electric motors and a fast-charging 78kWh battery, it has 402 horsepower and 486 pound-feet of instant torque. To assist while the infrastructure expands, Volvo is partnering with Starbucks, ChargePoint, and Electrify America to make charging easier and more accessible. The public fast chargers can refill the battery in about 45 minutes, and the home 220 outlet can do the same with an overnight 8 hour charge. One pedal driving uses regenerative braking to increase battery recharge and the quick and quiet acceleration is reminiscent of theme park rides.

The charging cable used for home charging can be stored under the hood in the often called "frunk"...

or that space can be used for other small item storage like first aid kit or small tools.

The interior has clean, clear modern lines made possible by with vertical vent design...

and subtle Harman Kardon speakers that produce precise sound with clean separation.
