Arkonik are proud to announce that they will be the lead sponsor at this year's The Muddy Chef Challenge in Manchester, Vermont, 27-30 July 2017. Alloy and Grit and Land Rover are amongst the event's other sponsors. 
The Arkonik team will be attending the event with a selection of bespoke Arkonik Defenders to experience and drive. Most Land Rover enthusiasts will never have a chance to experience an Arkonik and this will be a fantastic opportunity to learn more about these beautiful, hand-crafted Land Rovers.  
With an extensive network of off-road Class 4 roads, you'll get to experience your Land Rover in the wild and really explore its capabilities with expert advice and training from current and former Land Rover driving instructors. Not only will you enjoy muddying up your vehicle but you can also put your skills in the kitchen to the test by competing in two world-class cooking challenges.

Muddy Chef - The Muddy Chef challenge is the brainchild of Arkonik's man in territory, Eric Yohe. Established in 2008 in Vermont, the event was born from the crazy idea that off-roading could be combined with a vehicle based gourmet cooking challenge, "Top Gear meets Top Chef". Muddy Chef has grown to be the world's largest Land Rover event of its type.
A year like no other - This year the experience starts before you even set foot at The Muddy Chef HQ. Rather than finding out where the campsite is in advance, you will be told when and where to arrive in Manchester, from here you'll set off on an off-road and overland adventure to the final destination – The Muddy Chef Challenge! 
All the routes have been carefully prepared and driven with a variety of stock and modified Land Rovers. 
Registration - Customers must have their own Land Rover to attend. The mandatory cooking event is the Saturday night event. You don’t have to cook well but you have to cook.
