Media Registration Details for GM 2017 Annual Meeting

DETROIT, May 30, 2017 -- General Motors will hold its 2017 Annual Meeting of Shareholders on June 6 in Detroit. Media who want to attend must register in advance. Additional information on the meeting will be provided following registration.

Agenda: Shareholders will be asked to vote on the election of directors, vote on an advisory proposal to approve executive compensation, approval of GM's 2017 short-term incentive plan, approval of GM's 2017 long-term incentive plan, ratify the selection of Deloitte & Touche as the company's independent registered public accounting firm for 2017, and vote on two shareholder proposals.
