Kia Canada Inc. reports 6,346 vehicles sold in March 2017

MISSISSAUGA, ON, April 3, 2017; Kia Canada Inc. reported today 6,346 total vehicles sold for the month of March, a 6.1 per cent increase versus the same time period in 2016. March sales were led by the Kia Forte (up 55 per cent with 1,623 units sold), Kia Sorento (up 1.8 per cent with 1,332 units sold) and Kia Sportage (up 17.2 per cent with 1,180 units sold).

Also of note was strong sales of the all-new Kia Niro hybrid crossover, with 90 units sold in its first full month in the Canadian market.

Kia Canada is pleased to continue the "Competitive Edge" sales event featuring 0% lease or loan plus $2,000. Consumers can take advantage of 0% financing for 84 months or 0% lease for 39 months plus up to $2,000 bonus on select 2017 Forte and Sorento models. In April, the 2017 Sorento and Sedona finance program has been enhanced to allow customers to take advantage of $1,500 stackable finance credit on all trims.
