Mobileye Schedules Its Second Quarter 2016 Financial Results Release for Tuesday, July 26, 2016

JERUSALEM, July 13, 2016 -- Mobileye N.V. , the global leader in Advanced Driver Assistance Systems and autonomous driving technologies, today announced that it intends to release its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2016 on Tuesday, July 26, 2016 at approximately 7:00 a.m. ET.

In conjunction with the release, Mobileye will host a conference call at 8:00 a.m. ET on Tuesday, July 26, 2016 to review the company's financial results for the second quarter 2016. A live webcast of this conference call will be available on the investor relations portion of the company's website at ir.mobileye.com, and a replay of the webcast will be archived on the website for 90 days.
