Know Why The Japanese Attacked Pearl Harbor?... Petroleum Oil!

World War II, just one of foreign wars we've fought over petroleum oil. How many more American Servicemen have to die until we become energy independent?

The first world war, the second world war, first Gulf War, second Gulf war, day-to-day skirmishes and attacks...all because of petroleum oil. Hundreds of thousands of Americans killed because of oil, nearly one million wounded.

Did you know that counting today (unofficially), this is the 15,362nd consecutive day since the October 1973 oil crisis that no hostages have been abducted by any militant group over any ethanol plant, no journalists have been beheaded, and no American has been killed or wounded defending ethanol production.

In addition, no U.S. naval assets were deployed, no Tomahawk missiles were fired, no helicopters were shot down, and no drones were needed to go behind enemy lines in order to protect any ethanol production facilities or the flow of ethanol to American service stations.

I think we should have a very, very strong military. I think we should be the 9,000 pound gorilla. I think we should be ready and willing to defend Americans and America anywhere and at any time. But I don't think we should be acting as the security force for foreign oil regimes, many of whom hate us.

Aren't you sick of this too? If you are, then tell the oil industry; tell the ridiculous "consumer" organizations created by the oil industry that spread all the hogwash about alternative fuels. We don't need petroleum oil, especially if it comes from - or is controlled by - the OPEC nations or Russia.

Be a patriot, a real patriot. Support domestic alternative fuels. I would much rather have my fuel money go to American farmers than to foreign dictators and terrorists.
