Sixth Round of New FIA Formula E Series to Race on City Streets April 4

(Feb. 19, 2015) – The official website for the inaugural Long Beach ePrix, featuring the all-electric race cars of the new FIA Formula E Series, has been launched, loaded with information on the April 4 event.

The website can be accessed at www.fiaformulae.com/longbeach.

The new website features links to Formula E Series information, season driver and team standings, photo and video galleries, series sponsors, social media and more. The site also gives race goers access to Fan Boost, which allows fans to vote for their favorite driver before each race and the top three vote-getting drivers will get a five-second boost of power to use strategically during the race.

For the Long Beach race weekend, the site contains a guide for visitors to Long Beach, including nearby hotels, restaurants and other activities. In addition, there is a news section, a race circuit map, a weekend schedule, hospitality suite information and information on Long Beach’s environmental initiatives.
