ROCHESTER, MI -- Aug. 18, 2014: Kelly Marchese, principal, Deloitte Consulting LLP and Will Sarni, director, Deloitte Consulting LLP will deliver the luncheon keynote on the distinctive approaches to innovation that impact financial performance at the 2nd annual Summit on Accelerating Innovation. The Summit will be hosted by the Suppliers Partnership for the Environment (SP) in Rochester, Michigan on October 21-22, 2014.

Kelly Marchese leads the Supply Chain Strategy practice for Deloitte. She has over 20 years of experience leading projects in complex manufacturing industry sectors. Marchese is a Master Black Belt in Lean/Six Sigma and a recognized thought leader in engineering effectiveness through manufacturing operations excellence. Her recent research includes Anticipatory Supply Chains, an article from Deloitte's Business Trends 2014, and Supply Chain Leadership, a report that outlines the distinctive supply chain approaches that drive financial performance. She is a sought after media source and has been quoted in the Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg and Supply & Demand Chain Executive, among others.
Will Sarni leads Deloitte's Enterprise Water Strategy practice. Will has provided sustainability, environmental and hydrogeological consulting services to private and public-sector enterprises for more than three decades, with a focus on developing and implementing corporate-wide sustainability and water stewardship strategies. An internationally recognized thought leader on sustainability and corporate water strategies, Sarni's recent publications include Fueling Growth: You Can't Always Buy What You Need.
