New Narva Heavy Duty Work Lamps Provide Versatility in the Toughest Conditions

SYDNEY – Feb 26, 2014: Narva has released two new compact, heavy duty L.E.D work lamps offering a range of benefits ideal for mining, forestry and agricultural equipment as well as many other commercial applications.

The lamps feature a heavy duty multi-position mounting bracket, allowing them to be mounted and tilted on any angle, providing light in any direction.

The inclusion of an in-built Deutsch connector allows for uninterrupted wiring, so the work lamps are suitable for dangerous goods applications for which rated cable is often required by law. Additionally, the user won’t have to secure external connectors, creating a neat and clean finish, and less likelihood of damage.

This versatility, coupled with the work lamps’ compact design and strong light output, means they are suitable for a wide range of applications. Furthermore, their low current draw ensures the lamps won’t drain vehicle batteries, even during long and high frequency use.

The range includes P/No. 72713 9-32V 4x10 watt L.E.D work lamp providing 3,000 lumens and P/No. 72725 9-32V 7x10 watt L.E.D work lamp with 5,200 lumen output. Both work lamps provide a flood beam pattern and are driven by high-powered ‘Cree’ L.E.Ds.

The fully sealed (IP68 rated) work lamps are built to withstand the most demanding conditions and feature powder coated, die-cast aluminium housing, virtually unbreakable polycarbonate lenses and stainless steel mounting hardware that won’t corrode.

Narva has applied the latest L.E.D technology in the heavy duty work lamps – the benefits include instant full strength illumination, reverse polarity protection and vibration-resistance.
