National Car Rental Ranked Highest For Rental Car Customer Experience
ST. LOUIS--Jan. 21, 2014: When it comes to providing a quality customer experience, National Car Rental scored the highest in the car rental industry in the 2014 Forrester Research Customer Experience Index. The newly released survey benchmarks the quality of customer experience provided by 175 major U.S. brands across 14 industries, including retailers, hotels, banks, credit card providers, airlines and investment firms.
The survey, published by Forrester in the report, The Customer Experience Index, 2014, is based on online responses from more than 7,500 U.S. consumers. Conducted in October 2013, the survey's questions were designed to capture consumer perceptions of how enjoyable and easy companies were to do business with, as well as how effectively they met consumers' needs.

The study, which surveyed leisure and business travelers who rented vehicles at North American airports, ranked National Car Rental highest in customer satisfaction.
National also has received business travel and loyalty program awards from organizations including the Global Business Travel Association (GBTA), The Wall Street Journal, SmarterTravel.com and more, and National earned the 2013 "Leading Edge Award" from Executive Travel magazine, recognizing the brand as the top rental car service in the travel industry.
