Happy New Year

Fellow TACH'er;

Hard to believe that this is my 20th new year greeting to you, in it I would like to thank everyone who helped us prevail, our writers, technical staff, artists, vendors and of course our advertising partners.

Although Google's misguided Panda and Penguin "improvements" which were (are) touted as Google's attempt to make searching easier for you (and more revenue for them), continues to try and eliminate The Auto Channel, our substantial audience of in-market shoppers, auto parts buyers, car guys and gals and our low overhead and Don Quixote-ish owners, allows us to fight the dragon and continue to "live-another year" to provide unique, truthful and tell-it-like it is automotive news, data and opinion plus the webs most complete video coverage of the major auto shows to discerning viewers who really give a shit!

In spite of the collateral damage caused us by Google's "improvement" efforts, I believe that this quote from Ann Landers encapsulates my new year greetings to you.

Let this coming year be better than all the others. Vow to do some of the things you've always wanted to do but couldn't find the time. Call up a forgotten friend. Drop an old grudge, and replace it with some pleasant memories. Vow not to make a promise you don't think you can keep. Walk tall, and smile more. You'll look ten years younger. Don't be afraid to say, 'I love you'. Say it again. They are the sweetest words in the world.

A peaceful, healthy and resurrected Google New Year to us all.
