Improved Safety Belt Helps Those with Arthritis

Pittsburgh, PA--December 24, 2013: "One of our best friends suffers from arthritis, which makes it very difficult for her to buckle and unbuckle her safety belt," said one of two inventors from Grand Rapids, Mich. "We hated seeing her in pain. That is why we came up with this idea."

They developed the ULTIMATE SAFETY BELT SYSTEM to enable the user to buckle and unbuckle the safety belt more easily. The design eliminates bending, twisting and reaching. The invention promotes proper safety-belt usage. It is ideal for individuals with arthritis, the elderly and individuals with limited mobility. Additionally, it is adaptable for use with any vehicle, and it is producible in different colors.

The original design was submitted to the Bingham Farms office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
