CLINTON TOWNSHIP, MI--Dec. 17, 2013: Tweddle Group, a leading provider of owner/service information and communication solutions to the automotive industry, authored, managed, printed and distributed over 1,000,000 pieces of owner information with zero defects in October.

No easy feat, this achievement was in support of 13 brands, across 82 vehicle models, encompassing 497 part numbers. Completed kits consisted of multiple pieces with multiple tracking numbers in multiple languages and sent to automotive plants in several countries.

"Zero defects is always our goal. But to achieve this type of performance with this many different part numbers and this type of complexity is truly an accomplishment," said Andrew Tweddle, President and CEO. "This is a great example of the value of being a one-stop shop from creation to fulfillment. We work diligently to streamline our processes to recognize operational efficiencies to save time and money, but never at the expense of quality."

Tweddle Group had been consistently performing at 1.2 defective parts/million, well above the Six Sigma Quality Standard of 3.4. Six Sigma is a disciplined data-driven methodology applied to, among other things, manufacturing processes.

"Once again, our team at Tweddle has outdone themselves with this achievement," added Tweddle. "A true testament to the outstanding attention to detail, hard work and commitment of every Tweddle employee."
