Auto Central December 9, 2013; A story in the WSJ reported that Honda Motor Company in order to spur sales over the next few weeks will be paying dealers $3000 for every new Honda they sell over their December 2012 sales.
So what does this mean to you? Well there could be as much as a $3000 difference in what some of your local Honda dealers pay for the cars they are selling.
As John Mendel Exec VP of Honda’s US operation said last week…“the point of this dealer incentive is to exceed Honda’s December 2012 sales…a dealer who sold 100 cars last December and sells 120 this year will get a $60,000 bonus from Honda”.
What better way to help your local Honda Dealer then to let them know that you read about this deal on The Auto Channel and encourage them to increase their sales by passing a chunk of this spiff to you.
As usual you should make sure you get smart and not screwed by following The Auto Channel's 4 Steps To Be A Smarter Car Buyer
