Mercedes-Benz Announced as Australia’s Most Engaging Automotive Brand on Facebook

MELBOURNE – Dec 5, 2013: Mercedes-Benz Australia has been recognised by Social Pulse social media analytics as Australia’s most engaging automotive brand on Facebook.

The report is a subset of the Australian Facebook Performance Report conducted by Social Pulse and measures the Top 10 Australian Automotive Facebook pages by both fan engagement and fan numbers. Post frequency and other metrics are also taken into consideration. Engagement statistics are based on the percentage of active Facebook fans compared with total fans. Data collected in the survey is based on statistics measured in October and the first two weeks of November.

In addition to claiming the most engaging automotive brand title, Mercedes-Benz Australia also led the ‘Top Posts’ list on Facebook based on the number of ‘Likes’, for its post on the Mercedes-Benz CLS 63 AMG ‘S’.
