PHOENIX--Nov. 12, 2013: BillingTree, one of the nation's leading on-demand payment processors, will be debuting its newly-launched Compliance Suite at the SubPrime Forum, part of this year's Used Car Week Conference. Compliance Suite is a unique initiative that will help auto finance companies ensure compliance with laws, regulations and guidelines related to accepting payments from consumers. It provides key resources and automated tools for defining, implementing, assessing, refining and tracking payment policies and procedures.

Compliance Suite comprises: Compliance Central™, an easy to access online portal that provides timely compliance news, information, analysis, tools and templates to support best practices; Compliance Coach™, an online self-paced training and assessment tool to help auto finance companies ensure they comply with the increasingly complex technical regulations when recovering debts; and Complaint Tracker, an automated complaint resolution management solution that highlights trends and potential root causes of consumer complaints so that issues can be addressed.

"The good news that auto sales are growing at 17 percent brings a corresponding workload in dealing with auto debt resolution issues at a time when there is an ever-increasing burden of regulations in this area," commented Marya Ulis, BillingTree's Auto Finance Market General Manager. "BillingTree's Compliance Suite helps auto finance organizations to continuously inform and educate staff about the latest laws, regulations and guidelines and how they impact payment policies and procedures. This is a core component as part of a compliance management system."

BillingTree will have more information about the new Compliance Suite at the SubPrime Forum as part of the Used Car Week Conference, November 12-13, Booth 103. Interested delegates are invited to visit and discuss the new opportunities this initiative presents.
